I for sure know what it’s like to “fail” at meditation. For years and years, I struggled to make it work for me, and always felt so frustrated about myself for not “getting it”. I couldn’t sit still. I was getting agitated. There was no joy in it for me. Everyone seemed to be blissed out except me. The calm, the inner freedom, the happiness I was looking for - I couldn’t seem to find it. It felt impossible to attain and so out of reach.

I turned my frustration into motivation and persistence. I knew there was something in it for me that I had yet to discover. I kept practicing and experimenting until something started to work. I experienced some ecstatic meditation highs and the lows of feeling overpowered by spiritual dogma. I somehow started to see a glimpse of what I was looking for but one big thing was still missing: My freedom. The feeling of truly having a practice that is there for ME - rather than something I need to get better or even perfect at. I wanted to find a way to meditate that felt authentic, gentle and effective. So I started an experiment.

And it all started changing when I decided to break some rules.
When I started listening to my body wisdom and my intuition.
When I started listening to myself. 

I began deconstructing everything I knew about meditation. I started dismantling the elements that a meditation practice can be made of and examined them regarding whether, how much and in what way they were working for me.
I used my wisdom gained from all the rulebreaking and started creating a toolbox for meditating by extracting details, techniques and small aspects of meditation. A toolbox I am still using today to create a practice for myself, every single day. By using it, I always practice in a way that feels true to my needs on the moment, flexible to fit into my life and effective to regulate my emotional state, my nervous system - while giving me the experience of inner connection, strength and calm.
This toolbox is now available for you, so you can become an independent meditator - deeply connected to your inner wisdom, creating a practice from within while also learning from ancient and contemporary techniques.
